Gutenberg’s effectiveness was demonstrated during an intensive e-commerce project carried out in 2024. At the peak of the season, the tool played a key role in supporting customer service operations, facilitating 1,532 agent interactions with the system and generating 5,309 AI-generated answers. The solution also provided immediate onboarding support for new agents, helping reduce information search time and lower training and implementation costs.
