Axendi

Challenge:

In 2020, Axendi [before VCC] was a small entity in the telemarketing market (outbound), which, apart from a determined and motivated team, had no particular competitive advantages.

Solution:

Fulfilio

Challenge:

In 2020, Fulfilio was an identity-seeking, broad-based logistics entity that had been separated from another, larger company. The challenge was to find a strategic development for the company and build resources capable of delivering the strategy.

Solution:

Two key business areas were prioritized: e-commerce fulfillment and enterprise marketing logistics. Other services were systematically expired and the organization’s focus shifted to large customers. Many investments were made in infrastructure to support the new strategy, which was reinforced by changing the name and logo. The focus then shifted to acquiring international customers requiring logistics services across Europe.

In 2019. ArchiDoc (archiving and workflow services) was sold for more than PLN 80 million to international industry player OASIS Group from Ireland.
In 2021 Divante, a softwarehouse specializing in e-commerce using Magneto technology, was sold to Germany's Cloudflight for around PLN 250 million.
