Since 2017, we have been organizing a recurring integration conference that brings together employees from all OEX companies. It's a space for networking, sharing experiences, and celebrating successes together. Cross-sell Program #OEXeXchange
The eXchange program is based on internal collaboration within the OEX Group. With a database of prestigious clients, the project creates a platform for sharing knowledge and experiences among sales teams from different companies. Wspólna Droga
Wszyscy do wioseł #WDW
OEX has for years been a participant in the charity event "Wszyscy do Wioseł" organized by the Legia Foundation. The event combines sports competition with real help for those in need, supporting different beneficiaries every year. Our team regularly takes up the challenge on rowing ergometers. During the last edition, OEX teams competed in groups of four, rowing for 10 minutes with full commitment. We can proudly boast that OEX teams together covered an impressive distance of 17,168 meters!

Poland Business Run
Poland Business Run
We are proud to participate in the Poland Business Run - one of the most important charity initiatives in Poland. Every year our teams stand at the starting line to support people with physical disabilities at risk of social exclusion. We create teams that are united not only by a passion for running, but above all by a desire to help. Funds raised are used to purchase prostheses, wheelchairs and finance the rehabilitation of beneficiaries.
