Thirty years on the market, 172 Orange Polska retail outlets, and thousands of customers served – Tell has celebrated three decades of business activity. The anniversary provided an opportunity to highlight the company’s achievements and recognize the employees who have helped build its position and organizational culture over the years.
Tell manages Orange Polska’s sales network across the country, handling all processes related to the sale of mobile telecommunications services. However, as the company’s management emphasizes, long-term success is driven by more than business performance and operational scale.
There is no single factor behind success, but for us the key lies in building teams based on respect, motivating people, and inspiring them to achieve better results - says Artur Kucner, CEO of Tell.
The 30th anniversary provided an opportunity to reflect on Tell’s achievements and recognize the people who have contributed to the company’s growth throughout the years. During a gala celebration, employees celebrating long-service anniversaries were honored in recognition of their commitment and contribution to the organization’s development – a long-standing Tell tradition.
People, long-term relationships, and a consistently developed organizational culture remain among the most important foundations of Tell’s success. For this reason, the anniversary gala was above all a celebration of the company’s employees. One of the most memorable moments of the evening was the premiere of a film featuring Tell employees, who shared their experiences, daily challenges, insights into the telecommunications industry and the sources of their motivation. The film offered a unique perspective on the company through the voices of the people who shape it every day, highlighting that Tell’s strength is built not only on business results, but above all on the dedication and engagement of its employees.
