OEX DAY 2026 is behind us – a special event that for 10 years has brought together key managers from the OEX Group. The annual conference is a regular part of the Group’s calendar and an important opportunity to talk about growth, strategy and cooperation. This year, 130 people from all OEX Group companies took part in the event. As every year, the meeting was hosted by Jerzy Motz, President of the Management Board of OEX S.A.
One of the main points of the program was an inspiring talk by Jowita Michalska, CEO of Digital Academy, focused on artificial intelligence and new technologies. She shared the most important trends and explained what they mean for business in a clear and practical way.
The conference also included a discussion about AI, focused on current challenges and how technology affects competitiveness and market position. The discussion featured Ewa Czarnecka, Michał Dolata, Adam Wysocki, Przemysław Bogdański and Grzegorz Wroniszewski. The technology topics were followed by a panel on the development strategy of OEX Group companies, led by Karol Wieteska.
OEX DAY 2026 ended with the presentation of awards and distinctions. Congratulations to all award recipients and thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the event a success.
