The OEX Group company completed the digitization of HR documents for 9 European Groupon branches. Within two months, ArchiDoc processed over 80,000 pages of multilingual client documentation.
As part of the project, ArchiDoc was responsible for the digitization of employees’ personal files from all European offices of Groupon. The documents have been divided into categories and indexed. The service was implemented using the original technology solutions of ArchiDoc, including the automatic character recognition system – INDO OCR. The data obtained as a result of the digitalization process was imported into the client’s system.
For the project, we were looking for a partner with competencies that would enable efficient implementation of a geographically dispersed project. Cooperation with ArchiDoc has allowed us to complete the process of digitizing in a short time and maintaining the highest quality parameters – said Lorna Jones, Senior Director of Global HRIS & HR Operations at GROUPON.
ArchiDoc was also responsible for organizing and coordinating the transport of documents from European customer locations to the ArchiDoc operational center. The process was carried out with strict security standards.

The project was coordinated from the Groupon headquarters in the United States. Processing of documents was carried out in the ArchiDoc operating center in Chorzów.
