OEX Group to Pay Shareholders 27.367 Million PLN Dividend for 2022

On June 28, the Ordinary General Meeting of OEX SA decided to follow the Supervisory Board's recommendation regarding the distribution of the net profit for 2022, amounting to nearly 93 million PLN.

The Meeting resolved to allocate 27.367 million PLN for dividend payments to shareholders holding dividend-entitled shares (excluding the Company's own shares). This results in a dividend payout of 4 PLN per share. A total of 6,841,807 OEX SA shares are entitled to the dividend. The dividend record date has been set for July 7, 2023, and the dividend payment date for July 14, 2023.

Additionally, the General Meeting decided that the remaining amount – over 65.6 million PLN – will be allocated to the Company's reserve capital.
